Dear Sustainability Partners,
His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan once said “On land and in the sea, our forefathers lived and survived in this environment. They were able to do so because they recognised the need to conserve it, to take from it only what they needed to live, and to preserve it for succeeding generations.” This is the foundation of the United Arab Emirates commitment to a sustainable future for all future generations to come.
I feel that sustainability today is more important than ever. As we move beyond the impact of the novel Coronavirus, we have been presented with a unique opportunity to entirely reimagine the way we live, work, engage and innovate. Some refer to this generation-defining moment as The Great Reset. The Great Reset reminds us that the society we are building must be people-positive and nature-positive.
I believe that the UAE has the potential to position itself as a leader in sustainability - through energy and water efficiency, diversification and renewable innovations, as well as preservation, conservation and circularity, we, as a nation can deliver the commitments of our forefathers. This transformative post-covid recovery strategy will drive the country’s ambitions to garner new GDP, achieve a circular economy, and drive sustainable development.

Aldar - Audits at 28 properties
Aldar - Energy solution implementation at 8 Schools
Following ASHRAE level II energy audits completed at 28 of Aldar properties, RESET has been awarded the implementation of lighting and lighting controls solutions for 8 of the Aldar schools in Abu Dhabi.
As part of the overall scope, RESET will deliver more than 2,000,000 AED energy saving over the next 5 years whilst improving equipment efficiencies and lifespan but also supporting Aldar sustainability goals to reduce their facilities overall carbon footprint emission.
